FAQ's

My dog is a finicky eater, yet devours your liver treats. Do you add anything to enhance the flavour?
No, we don’t add anything to our liver fillets to further promote the flavour. We don’t have to. A carnivore will know the difference when they sink their teeth into pure meat as opposed to grain-based treats.

What is the main difference between crumps’ naturals liver fillets and all the other meat based treats on the market?
Read the ingredient label of your current treat, then compare the ingredients to ours. crumps’ naturals uses only 100% federally inspected Canadian beef liver (human grade) Most likely, the first or second ingredient of your current treat will list some form of grain.

crumps’ naturals uses only pure meat, which is what a carnivore’s digestive system is intended to digest in the first place. crumps’ naturals is a baked treat which differs from the many freeze-dried liver treats on the market. Our liver fillets are thinly sliced and slow baked resulting in a crunchy texture dogs love. Our baked liver fillets are easy to break into smaller pieces and do not crumble in your pocket; varying sizes makes them an ideal treat for both big and small dogs.

Most importantly, our treats contain no additives, colours or preservatives.

Occassionaly, I have seen “white stuff” on the back of your liver fillets. Can you tell me what that is?
The white colouration is baked fat. Crumps’ naturals does not “top coat” the treats for flavour with sprayed fat; we don’t need to. Instead, the flavour is naturally baked into each treat. It’s the fat that provides most of the flavour for any treat. When fat is baked, its colouration tends to turn a chalky-white.
